Most of the brokers give rewards to its partners. The partners's account can get rewards for every active investor.

How long it takes to approve my umbrella account?

I think umbrella account is only for the partners. I tried to apply for it but my broker told me that I need to register for an affiliate account.

How much is the minimum account size for the affiliate accounts?

I have an affliate account and there's no minimum account size set by my broker. I think it is not required. All you have to do is to attract new clients for them.
