I'm in the process of drawing mine up. From what I've seen so far if you want to make money long term, you should have a business plan. In your business plan, there should be a very detailed trading plan with goals, based on your mind-set, money management and method(s) to reach your goals. I will be using a daily trade log to keep track of what I'm doing right and wrong then update my trading plan accordingly.
