It is better to do nothing when the market has a drastic movement. I only enter the market if I felt it is necessary for me to move.

I did not enter the market when I am not ready. I always set SL and trailing stop to protect my trading account from huge losses.

I usually close all the deals without any second thoughts because once the deal is no longer moving, the chances for recovering is very minimal. it's better to earn nothing than to lost all your deposits.
