This is possible using calculation block or calculation expression block. but the use of last tick is not possible in you case: I suggest you to use the last candle close instead. To do so, you should start with 2 get historical candle blocks, each one with the needed currency pairs. Then get the candle close (or any candle's price) from the block output and use it in a calculation expression.
